President
Michael Flynn
Vice President
Michael Flynn is a retired banker who spent his entire 28-year career at M&T Bank, serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Not-for-Profit Banking.
He was introduced to Crystal Run Village 25 years ago and joined the Board of Directors shortly thereafter. During his tenure, he served in numerous leadership roles, including Chair of Crystal Run Village, Inc. and the Crystal Run Village Foundation. He also serves as a Board member of ADAPT of the Hudson Valley, the successor to Crystal Run Village, Inc.
In addition to his service to Crystal Run Village/ADAPT, Michael currently serves as a Board member of the YMCA of Middletown and as Chair of Vision Hudson Valley. His past volunteer leadership includes the Council of Industry, Garnet Hospital Foundation, Leadership Orange, Abilities First, United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Town of Wallkill.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Finance from SUNY Oswego and a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary College.
Lewis Siegel
Secretary
Lewis (Lew) Siegel is a lawyer in private practice in New York City.
He has been associated with Crystal Run Village for over 60 years, as his sister, Janet, was among the first children enrolled when the organization became a year-round school. Janet lived on the campus on Stony Ford Road during her early years at Crystal Run Village and now resides at the Hamptonburgh residence, where she moved when it opened more than 25 years ago.
Lew served on the Crystal Run Village Board for more than 20 years, including through the transition of programs to ADAPT of the Hudson Valley, and has been a member of the Foundation Board for over 20 years.
Beyond his service to Crystal Run Village, he served as President of USA Fencing from 1984 to 1988 and as a member of the Board of Directors of the United States Olympic Committee from 1984 to 2000.
He received a BA from Hobart College and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
Cathleen Kenny
Board Memeber
Cathleen (Cathy) Kenny currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. Prior to that, she was Vice President for Finance and Administration at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, Vice President for Fiscal Affairs at Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY, and Controller at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh.
She has been associated with Crystal Run Village/ADAPT for several years and currently serves on the Crystal Run Village Foundation Board and Scholarship Committee. Cathy is a family member and parent; her daughter, Katherine, lives at ADAPT of the Hudson Valley’s Toleman residence in Orange County and has been receiving services since 2013.
In addition to her service to Crystal Run Village/ADAPT, Cathy serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of Disability Rights New York and is a former Board member and Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity in Newburgh.
Cathy received her MPA from Marist College, her BBA in Accounting from Pace University, Lubin School of Business, and her AAS in Accounting from the State University of New York.
David Guthaim
Vice President
David Guthaim has spent years in the fleet management industry, helping hundreds of organizations—including Crystal Run Village/ADAPT of the Hudson Valley—operate more efficiently.
He has been inspired by philanthropy since childhood, influenced by his mother’s career as a special education teacher. He currently serves as Vice President of the Crystal Run Village Foundation Board, applying his professional experience to support the organizations that serve the community.
He earned a BA in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Maya MacArdle
Board Member
Maya MacArdle recently retired from Boston Children’s Health Physicians in Tarrytown, NY, where she served as a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator.
Prior to that, she worked as a Diabetes Educator at White Plains Hospital and as a Registered Nurse with Western Connecticut Medical Group Endocrinology in Danbury, CT.
She has been an active Board member for nearly 10 years and currently serves on the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee. Maya and her husband, Patrick, are the proud parents of Anthony, who lives at ADAPT of the Hudson Valley’s Chestnut Ridge residence.
Maya holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from SUNY Delhi and a bachelor’s degree in cinematography and film/video production from New York University (NYU).
Angelo Angerame
Treasurer
Angelo Angerame has been a New York State–licensed pharmacist since 1983 and has held leadership roles as Director of Pharmacy for Bon Secours Community Hospital, Director of Pharmacy at Drug World, and Director of Pharmaceutical Services for NYMED.
In 2014, he became Executive Director of Hudson Regional LTC Pharmacy, which was established by Orange AHRC, Sullivan ARC, CRVI, and New Hope Community to provide specialized pharmacy services to people with developmental disabilities. He oversaw the pharmacy’s growth and its transition from nonprofit to for-profit status, including the sale of the organization.
In addition to his service to the Crystal Run Village Foundation, Angelo currently serves on the boards of the Orange County Society of Pharmacists and Greystone Programs and is a former board member and past president of the Brittany Miller Foundation. His honors include “Preceptor of the Year” from Albany College of Pharmacy, “Pharmacist of the Year” from the Orange County Society of Pharmacists, the WellCare Premier Pharmacy Practice Award, and Arc Mid-Hudson’s “Humanitarian of the Year.”
Angelo is a graduate of Union University’s Albany College of Pharmacy.
Jose Jalandoni
Jose I Jalandoni serves as a Senior Client Strategy Manager with Enterprise Fleet Management, where he has built an 18‑year career focused on helping organizations operate more efficiently. For the past 11 years, he has specialized in strategic planning for nonprofit clients, bringing deep experience in client relationship management, cost‑reduction strategies, and leadership development.
Jose’s commitment to the nonprofit community extends well beyond his professional work. Over the years, he has served on multiple nonprofit golf committees, helping coordinate charity tournaments and fundraising events. Each year, he and his family also bring an ice cream truck to several New York‑based nonprofits as a way to create joy and give back to the communities they support.
Jose’s dedication to the Adapt Foundation Board is rooted in personal experience. His brother has cerebral palsy and witnessing the challenges his family faced throughout his childhood sparked his lifelong commitment to supporting organizations that serve individuals with disabilities. Giving back is a deeply held value in his family, and it remains a driving force behind his service today.
Jose lives in New Milford, New Jersey with his wife — a special education teacher — and their two children.
John Dunne
Board Member
John Dunne began his career working as a clerk for various brokerage houses on the New York Commodities Exchanges, eventually becoming a floor broker at the New York Mercantile Exchange in 1989. He later worked as an independent market maker in the oil pits from 1991 until 2007.
He began serving on the Crystal Run Village/ADAPT of the Hudson Valley Board in 2013, gaining insight into the operations of nonprofit agencies serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This experience helped him find the right placement for his daughter, Claire, who moved into a CRVI home in 2021.
As president of the CRVI Board, he guided the agency through challenging times, and in 2022 helped oversee the auspice change that resulted in the creation of ADAPT of the Hudson Valley. He continues to serve on the ADAPT Hudson Valley Board, the remnant CRVI Board, and was elected to the Crystal Run Village Foundation Board in 2025.
He earned a BA in Economics from SUNY Albany in 1983.
